At 1605 hours crews responded with Charlestown Police, Dunn's Corners Fire, and Cross' Mills Fire to a MVA on Buckeye Brook Rd at White Tail Circle. 2 patients were transported to a local hospital and 2 others refused transport after evaluation.

From 1800-2000 multiple members assisted with the Charlestown Parks and Recreation Trunk or Treat.

At 1910 hours, crews responded with the Charlestown Police Department, Cross' Mills Fire Department, and Charlestown Richmond Fire Department to a rollover MVA on King’s Factory Rd. One patient was transported to Rhode Island Hospital.

At 2116 hours crews responded with Cross' Mills Fire Department, Charlestown Richmond Fire Department and Charlestown Police Department to assist at a brush fire. One patient was transported to a local hospital.
