Charlestown Police and members of the Narragansett Bay Task Force also responded.

Narragansett Marine 2 and Charlestown Marine 6 arrived on scene and confirmed the mechanical issue. Remaining task force members were cleared from the scene, and Marine 6 stood by with the vessel until private assistance arrived.
