| Lillian is from South Kingstown, Rhode Island, and earned bachelor’s degrees in International Studies and French Language from the University of Rhode Island. She joined Charlestown Ambulance-Rescue Service in 2019 and has grown through nearly every level of patient care—starting as an Aide, then becoming an EMT, AEMT-Cardiac, and now a Paramedic.
Lillian recently stepped into the role of Clinical Educator, where she is helping advance the level of care our providers deliver every day. She has a special interest in bringing critical care medicine into the prehospital environment, recognizing that no one gets to choose where a medical emergency happens—and the highest level of care shouldn’t begin only after arriving at the hospital. Her work focuses on expanding capabilities in areas such as Medication Assisted Intubation (MAI), blood product transport, ventilator management, and the early identification and treatment of shock.
She is also Rescue Task Force (RTF) and Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) certified, as well as certified in Rescue Swimming and Boat Operations, helping ensure our team is prepared to respond in a wide range of challenging environments.
